REST API and MCP
Read posts and analytics through the API, or let AI assistants read them over MCP.
Public blog API
Every hosted blog has a public API for its published posts. If your blog is at spintaxifycms.com/b/your-blog, the posts endpoint is:
https://spintaxifycms.com/api/public/blogs/your-blog/posts
It returns published posts only. Drafts never appear here.
Each blog gets a monthly request allowance, set by your plan: 100,000 requests on the trial and Starter, 1,000,000 on Pro, unlimited on Agency. If you build something busy on top of the API, keep an eye on the counter.
Analytics API key
In Analytics → Settings → API you can create an API key. With it, your own scripts, dashboards or reports can read your analytics from anywhere.
MCP server
The same key also works with the MCP server:
https://spintaxifycms.com/api/mcp
Connect ChatGPT, Claude or another AI assistant, and it can read your blog and your analytics through your key.
Treat the key like a password. It can read everything your analytics can see. Keep it private, and if it ever leaks, replace it.
Note: the API is for reading analytics. Publishing and account changes stay in the dashboard.
