Terms of Service

1. The service

Spintaxify CMS (“Spintaxify”, “we”, “us”) is an independent product run by its founder. It helps you plan, write, publish and measure blog articles. It includes AI writing, optional Autopilot publishing, a hosted blog and API, Google Search Console reports, and cookie-free website analytics with goals, revenue and alerts.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and give us correct information.
• Keep your login safe. You are responsible for everything done with your account and by the team members you invite.
• Tell us right away if you think someone else is using your account.

3. Free trial and paid plans

• New accounts get a 7-day free trial with every feature and 5 AI articles. No card is needed.
• When the trial ends, choose a paid plan to keep using AI writing, Autopilot and the dashboard. Your published posts stay online and visits are still counted while you decide.
• Paid plans are billed monthly in US dollars, in advance, and renew automatically each month until you cancel. Each plan includes a monthly number of AI articles; unused articles do not carry over.
• Payments are handled by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, the Merchant of Record for our orders. Lemon Squeezy processes the payment, charges any sales tax or VAT and sends your invoices. We never see your full card details.
• You can cancel any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
• We may change prices. If we do, we will tell you at least 30 days before, and the new price applies from your next billing month.

4. Your content

• You own the content you create with Spintaxify, including the articles our AI writes for you.
• You allow us to store, process and show that content only as needed to run the service for you, for example to publish it on your blog or deliver it through the API.
• AI can make mistakes. Read what is published in your name, check facts, and do not rely on AI text for legal, medical or financial advice.
• You are responsible for what you publish and for having the right to use any text, images and links you add.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Spintaxify to:

• publish anything illegal, or content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark or privacy;
• harass, threaten or deceive people, or spread malware or phishing;
• send unsolicited bulk messages;
• break, overload or get around the security or limits of the service, or access other people’s accounts or data;
• resell access to the service without our written permission (managing your clients’ sites on the Agency plan is allowed).

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

6. Other services you connect

You can connect services such as Google Search Console, WordPress and payment providers. Their own terms apply to them, and we are not responsible for how they work. Google Search Console access is read-only and is used only to show your search data inside Spintaxify. You can disconnect any service at any time.

7. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep Spintaxify running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We improve the service all the time and may change or remove features. If a change takes away something important you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

8. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, lost data, or changes in search rankings or traffic. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Closing your account

You can stop using Spintaxify at any time. To delete your account and its data, contact us from the email on your account. We delete your data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law, such as invoices kept by Lemon Squeezy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page, and for important changes we will email account owners. If you keep using Spintaxify after a change, you accept the new terms.
